Fall Mini Sessions at Champoeg State Park
It’s that time of year again! Cozy sweaters, colorful leaves, and the perfect golden light. Join me at Champoeg State Park for a Fall Mini Session designed to capture your family, your love story, or your senior before the season slips away.
It’s the perfect chance to get your holiday card photos done in time.
These short and sweet sessions are great for:
• Holiday cards
• Updated family photos
• Quick engagement or announcement photos
• Last-minute senior portraits
Your session includes:
• 20-minute photo session at Champoeg State Park
• 5–7 edited high-resolution digital downloads
• Quick 1-week turnaround (ready in time for holiday cards!)
Investment:
$200
Sessions are non-refundable, but if weather or other circumstances require rescheduling, we’ll work together to find a new date within 4 weeks.

Fall Mini Session Terms & Agreement
Session Details:
Each Fall Mini Session includes a 20-minute photo session at Champoeg State Park on Sunday, November 9, 2025. Clients will receive 5–7 edited high-resolution digital image downloads delivered within one week of the session date.
Payment:
The session fee of $200 is due in full at the time of booking. Payment secures your session date and time. Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
All mini session payments are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend for any reason, your session can be rescheduled within 4 weeks, based on availability.
If weather or other unforeseen circumstances require rescheduling, I will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a new date.
Tardiness:
Please plan to arrive a few minutes early. Mini sessions are scheduled back-to-back, and arriving late may reduce your session time.
Images & Delivery:
You will receive an online gallery with 5–7 edited high-resolution digital images. Images will be delivered within one week of your session date. Additional images may be available for purchase after delivery.
Copyright & Usage:
LaVoie Photography retains the copyright to all images and reserves the right to use photos for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes.
Clients are granted personal use rights to print, share, and post the images, but may not alter or sell them for profit.
Client Responsibility:
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. You agree to follow any park rules and respect the property during your session.
