A $50 deposit is required to reserve the session date. The deposit will be applied toward the total session fee. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the session.

The session date is not officially reserved until the deposit has been received.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

The $50 deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels the session.

The client may reschedule the session up to two times, depending on the photographer’s availability. After two reschedules, the original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another date.

Sessions may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather, illness, or other circumstances beyond either party’s control.

If LaVoie Photography is unable to photograph the session, the photographer will work with the client to reschedule. If another date cannot be agreed upon, all payments will be refunded.

The client will receive professionally edited images through an online gallery. The gallery may be used to view, download, share, and order prints.

The photographer determines which images are included in the final gallery. Unedited or RAW images are not provided.

LaVoie Photography retains the copyright to all photographs.

The client receives permission to download, print, and share the purchased images for personal use. Images may not be sold, entered into commercial use, or significantly altered without written permission from LaVoie Photography.

The client gives LaVoie Photography permission to use photographs from the session for the photographer’s website, portfolio, social media, advertising, and other promotional purposes.

Please contact LaVoie Photography before the session if you would prefer that your images remain private.

By paying the deposit, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this photography session agreement.
