F&Q - Nichole

I am ready to book, what do I do next? Contact us to make sure the date you prefer is available. Once we have a date selected a non refundable retainer of $50 is due to secure your session time. This will be deducted from your session fee. The remaining session fee is due at the time of the session. You can pay directly from this website under the information tab or pay by check or cash. We will email you a contract to sign and return. Once both contract and retainer are taken care of your session is then secured.

What if we need to reschedule? Due to the nature of service no refunds will be issued. In the unfortunate circumstance of illness by you or the photographer your non refundable retainer can be used for a rescheduled date.

Ack!!! It is raining, what do we do? We do live in Oregon so that is a very good possibility. We will stay in contact the day of the session to determine if the rain is going to affect our session or not. We then will make the decision if we want to reschedule or not.

We had our session now what? We will schedule your viewing/ordering session two weeks from your photo session. At this session I will have your  proofs and we will view your images for the first time. Ordering can be a bit of an overwhelming process. I help you go over what you might need or want. I have examples, tips, and knowledge to help you through the process and get your order put together. Once your order is placed your prints/digital will be ready anywhere from 5 business days to 4 weeks depending on what you order.

Do I get all of my digital images with my session fee?  NO,

With all sessions excluding mini sessions you will receive a mobile app with your images to have and share all you want. Here is an example Demo App .

Digital images are available for purchase at your ordering session.

Is there a difference in the prints I order from you or on my own through consumer lab? Yes, there is a difference. I use a top notch professional photo lab with high quality photo paper and technology. They are made to last generations.

Every consumer lab such as Walgreens, Costco and so on, your prints will be noticeably different from one to another so keep that in mind. I did a little test on my own and this is what I found on my blog

Weddings & Events

How far out should I book my wedding? Typically 6 months to 1 year out you should book your photographer. If you did not get that done in that time period don't panic and still call to see if your date is open.

Are you the right photographer for me? That is a great question and I would love to sit down and chat with a no obligation free consult to see if we are a perfect match!

We offer several different wedding packages to fit your budget.

What does it take to book my wedding date? A 25% down payment and a signed contract. I can take monthly payments up to your big day but the final payment is due one week prior to your wedding day.  If you need to make payments that would go beyond your wedding date, contact me, I do offer financing through PayPal.

Do I get my all of my images? I will take several and sort through them. Depending on the amount of coverage you choose you can have anywhere from 100-1000 images. You will receive a disc or digital downloads depending on your package you choose along with an online gallery for 6 months.

Most packages come with a minimum of a 10 page photo book on up to a beautiful signature photo album that will last for generations depending on what you choose.

Is there only one photographer?   Every package we offer includes two professional photographers.

When do I get my images? I usually try to get you a few "sneak peeks" the first 48 hours and then the rest of your images will be ready about 4 weeks from your wedding. We will schedule a viewing session to present you with your images and to be able to answer any questions and help with any ordering you might want to do. This can be done at my home or your home. It is fun to make is a viewing party with a few of your loved ones!
